Installation
With the carefully completed viability study, we have the basis for an efficient and professional installation. Together with the customer, we determine the legal and insurance conditions and regulations.
Instruction
We don't quite follow the expression 'actions speak louder than words' to the letter. We place a high value on our customers' words, as we need goal-orientated and clear instruction in order to specify new systems. For this we employ the most up-to-date tools.
Documentation
We see to it that Videal products and systems are understood from the word go. Overview and easy to understand documentation helps you with this. Other than that, we also keep the customers’ most recent system specifications on file.
Service and Maintenance
Our detailed system specification ensures that we specifically know which systems are in operation with which customer. This allows us to provide assistance quickly when questions arise. Due to technical know-how, the Videal team is always fully prepared. We can also fall back on our international network to solve complex problems.
